With more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting, Ali Hussein has gained expertise in company and financial system setup, tax assessment and planning, risk assessment, management restructuring, accounting team building in addition to coaching and internal auditing. Ali Hussein completed his Accounting Bachelor's Degree (BA) at the Cairo University before starting his career at multinational PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor in Egypt. He then relocated to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Saudi Arabia where he served as senior manager for 7 years. During his career, Ali has worked as a CFO in various industries such as Retail, Food and Beverage in addition to Real Estate Development. Ali is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.

Alaa has 36 years of broad based experience in a number of countries in the Middle East and the US delivering consulting assignments to a large number of companies and governments across various industries. Alaa key skills and expertise are in Strategic Planning, Transformation, Change & Project Management, Organization Design & Restructuring. Alaa is currently the senior partner of Sharaqa Consulting and responsible for the consulting practice in the firm, Prior to that, Alaa was the Partner in-charge of PwC Consulting Practice in the Middle East region responsible for 14 consulting practices across the region. Alaa was a member of PwC Middle East Leadership Team . Alaa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant.

Tarek is a business advisor, coach and mentor with more 40+ years of experience. He was the country senior partner of PwC Egypt and a founding board member of PwC Middle East. He has a strong network in the Middle East and the US. His passion is business coaching and mentoring to startups and small businesses. Tarek is currently a Business Development partner at Sharaqa focused on servicing Tech Start-ups in the areas of finance, operations and management.

Saad is a finance professional with 22 years of experience in the Corporate & Public Sector Advisory, Banking, Investments and Financial Planning. He served recently as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of Egypt and Djibouti in the Board of Directors of African Development Bank. Earlier he served 4 years with the National Investment Bank Group (NIB) in Egypt. He was the MD of NI Consulting and Chief Operating officer of NI Capital in Egypt being the sovereign investment bank & public sector advisory arm of NIB. For 15 years prior to that, Saad was the Financial Planning & Budgeting Director in a major real estate developer in Kuwait, the AVP of Debt Capital Markets with NBK Capital (Kuwait) and AVP of structured finance with ILIC (Kuwait) an affiliate Company to the Islamic Development Bank (“IDB”). Saad also worked with RSM-Public Accountants (Kuwait) and Commercial International Bank (Egypt). Saad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Californian Board of Accountancy and holds MBA degree from London Business School.
